Noisy breathing
Noisy breathing (also called stridor) in children can be caused by narrowed or blocked airways due to laryngomalacia, enlarged tonsils/adenoids, infections, or structural issues.

Treatment Options:
-
Observation for mild cases like laryngomalacia, which often improves with age
-
Medications for infections or inflammation
-
Surgery, such as removing enlarged tonsils/adenoids or correcting airway problems
-
Scans or scopes to examine the airway if needed.
