Sinusitis
Sinusitis is inflammation or infection of the sinuses—the air-filled spaces around the nose. It causes symptoms like nasal congestion, facial pain or pressure, headache, and thick nasal discharge.

How is Sinusitis treated by an ENT?

Nasal decongestants and saline sprays to relieve congestion are prescribed

Nasal corticosteroid sprays to reduce inflammation

Antibiotics if a bacterial infection is suspected

Surgery (like functional endoscopic sinus surgery) in chronic or severe cases can clear blocked sinuses
