Surfer's Ear
Surfer’s ear (also called exostosis) is a condition where bony growths form in the ear canal, usually from repeated exposure to cold water and wind. It’s common in surfers and swimmers.
Symptoms may include:

Water or wax trapping

Repeated ear infections

Hearing loss
ENT treatment options:

Prevention – wearing earplugs or a wetsuit hood in cold water

Monitoring – if symptoms are mild

Surgery – to remove the bony growths if they cause blockage, infections, or hearing problems
